- Expert Speakers: Moderately higher fees to acknowledge their contributions while offering a discount compared to regular industry professionals.
- Academic Researchers: Standard academic rates to encourage participation from universities and research institutions.
- Industry Professionals: Higher fees reflecting the value and application of conference content to industry attendees.
- Postdoctoral and Graduate Students: Reduced rates to encourage participation of early-career researchers.
- Undergraduate Students: Further reduced to make the event accessible to students.
- Workshop Only: Allows attendees to participate in workshops without attending the full conference.
- One-Day Pass: Provides flexibility for those who cannot attend the entire conference.

This fee structure aims to balance affordability with the quality and value of the conference, ensuring broad participation from various categories of professionals and students.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.
Before two month will receive a full refund, less a €100 towards administrative fee.
Cancellations received after close of business [before one month of the conference start date] are non-refundable.
The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time.
In this case if the applicant is author, the paper will still be published in the conference proceedings and delegates will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings.
Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of cancellation notification.

- All fees are non-refundable after November 15, 2024.
- Early Bird registration must be completed and paid by September 30, 2024.
- Regular registration must be completed and paid by November 30, 2024.
- On-site registration is available from December 1-8, 2024.
